Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure time, resources, and planning.

 

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund of the deposit (minus administrative fees) may be considered at our discretion.

 

Work in Progress

Once materials are purchased or labour has been performed, refunds are not applicable. Clients remain responsible for costs of all completed work.

 

Service Guarantee

While refunds are not generally provided, Konstantin Homes is committed to resolving issues through adjustments, corrections, or reasonable alternatives to ensure client satisfaction.
