Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

All services, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation and additional costs.

 

Payments

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid either with the deposit or upon project completion, before final delivery.

 

Timeline

Work will commence within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material delays, weather conditions).

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, timely approvals, and access to work sites where applicable. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials remain the property of Konstantin Homes until full payment has been received.

 

Liability

Konstantin Homes is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party suppliers, subcontractors, or factors outside our control.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
