This project focused first on the construction of a brand-new concrete sidewalk, starting with full ground preparation and finishing with a clean, durable pour that enhances both accessibility and curb appeal. This was the primary and most significant phase of the work.

The second phase involved the complete construction of a new garage from scratch, including framing, structural work, and full finishing. The kitchen also received targeted upgrades during this stage, highlighted by the installation of a new backsplash to refresh and modernize the space.

The final phase covered general house renovations, addressing improvements and updates throughout the home to enhance functionality, comfort, and overall appearance.

Result: A property improved from the outside in — starting with a professionally poured sidewalk, followed by a custom-built garage and kitchen enhancements, and completed with practical interior renovations for a more polished and functional living environment.
