This project involved building a new structural addition to the home, starting with full framing work above an existing deck footprint. The crew completed the installation of engineered roof trusses, exterior framing, and support posts to establish a solid framework for the upcoming expansion. The deck surface was partially removed to allow for proper structural integration and support alignment.

This phase created the complete skeleton of the new addition, preparing the home for roofing, wall sheathing, and full interior/exterior construction.
